The Miss Florida Charm pageant is a state pageant franchise of the Miss American Charm program LLC. Through workshops and beauty seminars contestants will walk away with a new level of confidence and commitment to self. The Miss Florida Charm state winners will represent Florida in the national competition to be held in July, 2007! Entry fees to the national pageant will be paid for the state winners. All contestants will need to bring a care package to be given to the pageant charity of choice (to be announced). Contestants will be required to complete a one page essay on their community involvement and/or volunteer services.
Our ultimate goal in promoting the Miss Florida Charm program is to develop exceptional leaders, which we believe starts at an early age with training and knowledge of caring and sharing for others, to give their best in whatever they undertake and to put forth a true effort of teamwork and spirit.
Miss Florida Charm is truly a pageant of excellence. We are delighted that you are considering joining us in our inaugural year in Ft Myers, Florida. Our venue is a showroom for a top bridal & prom gown designer. The runway is straight out of Vogue. We believe you will truly feel like a “Top Model” walking down this runway, to showcase your poise, carefully picked out-fits and “cat-walk” abilities. Don’t be scared if this is your 1st time being in a pageant! We will offer a pre-pageant workshop, as well as rehearsals during the pageant! Which will provide you the tools to be your best self during our pageant January 27, 2007.
All contestants will receive either a tiara or a crown. All overall state winners will receive a Florida state crown, trophy, banner, savings bond, entry fee paid to nationals, 3 sessions with Joan of Arc, our official Inner- Beauty Consultant, a 1 year modeling contract with P Models, Entry fee paid for to our "Inside the Shell" workshops, photo shoot with top bridal and prom gown designer, Tiffany Designs, to be advertised in most popular prom and teen magazines (for Teen and Miss category winners only) and so much more! All state winners will be promoted throughout the state on advertisements and publicity venues.

(Plan on registration check-in at 10am, we will start with workshops, 12-1 lunch (we will provide lunch for contestants) then 1-2 rehersals, 2-3 get ready, 3 competitions will begin & will end 5pm)
We will be taking all the girls crowned to dinner to discuss their role as Miss Florida Charm queens!

To expedite entry, please make sure your $50 commitment fee, Application, Tell us more about yourself form, essay and picture (s) are turned in as soon as possible. With only 3 months to prepare we are already starting our program book layout. These items turned in timely will help us deliver the best program book which most girls keep as a souvenir for the rest of their lives as well as inform the press of Florida's new Miss Florida Charm! The $50 entry fee covers your entry into all mandatory categories: Evening Gown, Sportswear, Beachwear (1-piece bathing suit for Miss category only, all other categories beach cover-ups or surf shorts etc.), Interview and Photo Judging. Once you have fully registered, we will help you secure sponsors for the required 1 full-color program book page which will showcase your best photo.
Miss Florida Charm deadline for the program book is January 15th, 2007. Please do not wait until the deadline to turn in your program book information or pageant entry as this makes it stressful on the pageant directors getting your information in at the last minute. So please plan on completing registration and program book requirements the beginning of January. Thank you.
