A message from your Chief Chair Person, Shirley Stephens:
For many years I have dreamt of the opportunity to establish leaders out of our youth. Our young generation has so much to offer society. It is ultimately our responsibility as adults to find their inner self and assist with that inner growth. Today I am fortunate enough to follow through with that dream. Through my many years of travel throughout the pageant world I have held one mission close to my heart, to help in developing today’s youth. I have worked on many boards and entertainment venues nationally and universally and feel this program represents both fascination and development in today’s youth. This program takes pageantry to a new level. A level of excellence. As Chief Chair it is my mission to follow through with an ethical, eventful program that will leave each contestant something to take with them for the rest of their lives, self confidence, focus and ambition.
I wish you all luck on your journey and hope that you find the true meaning of this program to be as dynamic as I do. Make a difference in life and you will certainly be a leader.
